CASHIER TABLE

Location: Next to the registration table.

Responsibility:

  1. Obtain registration form from each Visitor, Entertainer, and Speaker. (NOTE: Appleton Noon Lions Club members and Exhibitors do not fill out a registration)
  2. Use counter provided to record number of Visitors only.
  3. Collect entry fee and ½ off coupons, if they have one from all visitors.(Appleton Noon Lions , their spouses, Entertainers Exhibitors, and speakers do not pay.) Entry fee is $2.00 per person unless they have a ½ off coupon then the price is $1.00
  4. Place ½ coupons in container provided.
  5. For Visitors, use the stamp provided to mark the registration form paid (PD) in the upper right hand corner. For the Entertainers, mark the registration form with an “E”, for Speakers mark the registration form with an “S”, and for Lion’s spouse mark the registration form with an “L”. The marking is to be in the upper right hand corner.
  6. Return the marked registration form and direct the person to the Name Tag Printers.

FYI:

  1. The Treasurer will provide $200 in bills (100 ones and 20 fives) for making change. The Treasurer will be The Only One to take money from time to time. Keep a record of the amount of money given to the treasurer. Place bills in stacks of one-hundred dollars.
  2. All prize drawings for the registration forms will be at 1:00PM in the West Exhibit Hall; the winner needs to be present for these drawings.

Suggestion: One cashier collects the money while the second cashier takes the registration form, reviews it for completeness and marks it in the right hand corner per definition code above.
