Rhonda Elliott has been the Elderly Benefit Specialist for the Aging & Disability Resource Center, Outagamie County branch for the past six years. As Elderly Benefit Specialist, Rhonda assists residents 60 and older with public and private benefits and other legal/benefit concerns. Some areas of focus include assistance with Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, housing and utility issues and consumer problems. An Elderly Benefit Specialists is trained and supervised by elder law attorneys with the Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups (CWAG).

Rhonda has a paralegal degree and twelve years experience with public benefits. She has worked for the Economic Support department both in Wisconsin and Colorado. She worked as a paralegal for an elder law attorney in Ft. Collins, Colorado prior to moving to Wisconsin.
