Senior Living Expo

GREETER #2

Location: Inside the doors of the Main Entrance to The Players Choice.

Responsibility:

1. Greet all visitors, entertainers, and speakers.
2. Make sure they have filled out a registration form and guide them to the Cashier table. (Although entertainers and speakers do not pay, they should go to the Cashier’s table where their registration form will be marked by the Cashier.) (NOTE: Lions who are working at the Senior Expo and exhibitors do not have to fill out a registration form.)
3. If an Exhibitor attempts to enter, advise them that Exhibitors are to use the South Entrance.

FYI:

1. Only The Players Choice South Entrance is to be used by the Exhibitors to bring their materials into Expo Hall.
2. Container for donations of eyeglasses and hearing aids will be on the table across from Registration.
3. All prize drawings for Registration Forms will be at 1:00PM in the West Exhibit Hall; the Winner needs to be present for these drawings.
