Senior Living Expo

GREETER #3

Location: At the door leading into Expo Hall

Responsibility:

1. Greet all visitors and check for name tags. Everyone must have a name tag to enter Expo Hall. NOTE: All exhibitors are to come in via the North Entrance and obtain their name tag from their booth so there should not be a problem.
2. Send the “early birds”, those arriving before 9:00AM to the Holding area. Be sure to notify them at 9:00AM when the doors are opened. (Expo doors will not open until 9:00AM to allow the Exhibitors to get set up.)
3. Point out to visitors the Seminar rooms, and Health Screening rooms.

FYI:

1. Only the Liberty Hall North Entrance is to be used by the Exhibitors to bring their materials into Expo Hall.
2. The North Door at the East Entrance will be locked to insure everyone goes through the South Door to register.
3. Container for donations of eyeglasses and hearing aids will be on the table across from Registration.
4. Coffee and donuts, for the first 200 visitors, are located by the west wall in Expo Hall.
5. Both the Bingo Card and Registration form prize drawings will be at 1:00PM in the North Bar room; the Winner needs to be present for these drawings.
