HANDOUT TABLE

Location: The table to the left of the name tag table.

Responsibility:

1. Provide each Visitor, Entertainer, and Speaker with a bag and program.
2. Point out the Seminars on the front of the program.
3. Remind Visitors, Entertainers, and Speakers of the Health Screening rooms.
4. Direct Visitors, Entertainers, and Speakers to the Bingo table.

FYI:

1. Container for donations of eyeglasses and hearing aids will be on the table across from Registration.
2. All prize drawings for the Registration Forms will be at 1:00PM in the West Exhibit Hall; the Winner needs to be present for these drawings.
