Senior Living Expo

NAME TAG TABLE

Location: At the table to the right of the office as you face it.

Responsibility: 1. Obtain Registration form from the Visitors, Entertainers, and Speakers.

NOTE: All exhibitors are to come in via the North Entrance and obtain their name tag from their booth.

2. Print the first and last name from the Registration form onto the Name Tag. If the name is not readable, ask the person for his/her name to be placed onto the name tag.

3. Give the Visitor/Entertainer/Speaker their name tag and their Registration form.

4. Direct the person to the Handout table.

FYI:
1. Only the Liberty Hall North Entrance is to be used by the Exhibitors to bring their materials into Expo Hall.

2. The North Door at the East Entrance will be locked to insure everyone goes through the South Door to register.

3. Container for donations of eyeglasses and hearing aids will be on the table across from Registration.

4. Coffee and donuts, for the first 200 visitors, are located by the west wall in Expo Hall.

5. Both the Bingo Card and Registration form prize drawings will be at 1:00PM in the North Bar room; the Winner needs to be present for these drawings.
