NAME TAG TABLE

Location: Table next to the Cashier.

Responsibility:

1. Obtain Registration form from the Visitors, Entertainers, and Speakers.
2. Print the first and last name from the Registration form onto the Name Tag. If the name is not readable, ask the person for his/her name to be placed onto the name tag.
3. Give the Visitor/Entertainer/Speaker their name tag and their Registration form.
4. Direct the person to the Handout table.

FYI:

1. Container for donations of eyeglasses and hearing aids will be on the table across from Registration.
2. All prize drawings for the Registration Forms will be at 1:00PM in the West Exhibit Hall; the Winner needs to be present for these drawings.
