PARKING#1

Location: Main Entrance of The Players Choice

Responsibility:

1. Assist Visitors from their car; open car door, help walking them to the front door, if needed, open door to The Players Choice for them.
2. If Exhibitors attempt to use the Main Entrance, advise them that all Exhibitors are to use the South Entrance and direct them to the South Entrance.
3. All parking stalls next to the building are for Handicap Parking.
4. There is no double or triple parking in the parking lot.
5. If all the Handicap Parking spots are full, the handicap person should disembark at the Main Entrance and the driver park in the lot.

FYI:

1. The Players Choice South Entrance is to be used by the Exhibitors to bring their materials into Expo Hall.
2. Container for donations of eyeglasses and hearing aids will be on the table across from Registration.
3. All prize drawings for the Bingo Card and Registration forms will be at 1:00PM in the West Exhibit Hall; the Winner needs to be present for these drawings.
