PARKING#2

Location: East entrance of Liberty Hall

Responsibility: 1. Assist Visitors, Entertainers, and Speakers to find a parking spot in either the Liberty Hall lot or direct them to the overflow lot, South Parking Lot of the Hilton Hotel.

2. If Exhibitors attempt to use the East Entrance, advise them that all Exhibitors are to use the North Entrance and direct them to the North Entrance.

3. The entire first parking aisle by the east entrance is for Handicap Parking Only. There are designated Handicap Parking spots to the north and south of the east entrance. The areas between these two Handicap designated areas are also to be used for Handicap Parking.

4. There is no double or triple parking in the parking lot. If all the parking spots in the Liberty Hall lot are full, the Hilton south lot is to be used.

5. If all the Handicap Parking spots are full, the handicap person should disembark at the east entrance and the driver park in the Hilton lot.

FYI:
1. The Liberty Hall North Entrance is to be used by the Exhibitors to bring their materials into Expo Hall.

2. The North Door at the East Entrance will be locked to insure everyone goes through the South Door to register.

3. Container for donations of eyeglasses and hearing aids will be on the table across from Registration.

4. Coffee and donuts, for the first 200 visitors, are located by the west wall in Expo Hall.

5. Both the Bingo Card and Registration form prize drawings will be at 1:00PM in the North Bar room; the Winner needs to be present for these drawings.
