Senior Living Expo

PRIZE TABLE

Location: At the table in front of the cloak room opposite the entrance to Expo Hall.

Responsibility: 1. Obtain the Prize ticket from the Visitor, Entertainer, or Speaker and inform the person if they are a winner. If a winner, present them with their prize. If not a winner, direct them to the "Treasure Chest" where they have a second chance at winning a prize.

2. Remind the Visitors, Entertainers, and Speakers of the Seminars and Health Screening by the Rooms.

FYI:
1. Only the Liberty Hall North Entrance is to be used by the Exhibitors to bring their materials into Expo Hall.

2. The North Door at the East Entrance will be locked to insure everyone goes through the South Door to register.

3. Container for donations of eyeglasses and hearing aids will be on the table across from Registration.

4. Coffee and donuts, for the first 200 visitors, are located by the west wall in Expo Hall.

5. Both the Bingo Card and Registration form prize drawings will be at 1:00PM in the North Bar room; the Winner needs to be present for these drawings
