PRIZE TABLE 1 & 2

Location: At the table after the bag table along the batting cages.

Responsibility:

1. Collect the registration cards and place in box to be used to draw door prizes.
2. Give each person registered a ticket.
3. Instruct them to go to the prize area and they will be informed if they won a prize.

FYI :

1. The Players Choice South Entrance is to be used by the Exhibitors to bring their materials into the Expo Hall.
2. All prize drawings for registration cards will be at 1:00PM in The West Exhibit Hall; the Winner needs to be present for these drawings.
