Senior Living Expo

REGISTRATION - 1st SHIFT

Location: Near the Main Entrance of The Players Choice. A table will be provided for completing the Registration Form.

Responsibility:

  1. Greet all visitors, entertainers, and speakers. If an Exhibitor gets to the registration area, direct them to use the South Entrance Door.
  2. Make sure Registration table is always neat and forms and pens are available.
  3. Assist all visitors, entertainers, and speakers to fill out a registration form. (NOTE: Lions who are working at the Senior Expo and exhibitors do not have to fill out a registration form.)
  4. After registration form has been filled out, direct visitors, entertainers, and speakers to Cashier table.

FYI:

  1. Only South Entrance is to be used by the Exhibitors to bring their materials into Expo Hall.
  2. Container for donations of eyeglasses and hearing aids will be on the table across from Registration.
  3. All prize drawings for the Registration Forms will be at 1:00PM in the West Exhibit Hall; the winner needs to be present for these drawings.
