Senior Living Expo

REGISTRATION - 2nd SHIFT

Location: Near the bar by the East entrance of Liberty Hall. The Bar area should be used for completing the Registration Form.

Responsibility: 1. Greet all visitors, entertainers, and speakers. If an Exhibitor gets to the registration area, direct them to use the North Entrance Door.

2. Make sure Registration is always neat and forms and pens are available on the east side of the bar.

3. Assist all visitors, entertainers, and speakers to fill out a registration form. (NOTE: Lions who are working at the Senior Expo and exhibitors do not have to fill out a registration form.)

4. After registration form has been filled out, direct visitors, entertainers, and speakers to Cashier table.

5. At 12:50 PM pass out survey forms and a pencil to all people seated in the bar area awaiting prize raffles.

FYI:
1. Only the Liberty Hall North Entrance is to be used by the Exhibitors to bring their materials into Expo Hall.

2. The North Door at the East Entrance will be locked to insure everyone goes through the South Door to register.

3. Container for donations of eyeglasses and hearing aids will be on the table across from Registration.

4. Coffee and donuts, for the first 200 visitors, are located by the west wall in Expo Hall.

5. Both the Bingo Card and Registration form prize drawings will be at 1:00PM in the North Bar room; the Winner needs to be present for these drawings.
